Welcome to Satya Wellness Collective!

A fiercely loving space for authentic, wholehearted living.

Our mental health clinicians and embodiment facilitators specialize in holistic, relational, creative, and body-based approaches to healing. Grounded in nervous system science and compassionate care, we help individuals, couples, and families navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and the courageous work of vulnerabilty.

In-person in Edmonds, WA, including Walk & Talk Therapy, and telehealth throughout Washington State.

Why “Satya”?

Truth is where healing begins.

In the Yogic tradition, Satya is one of the five Yamas; guiding principles for living with intention.

It means truth: in your thoughts, your words, your actions, and in your body.

At Satya Wellness Collective, we work from the body outward. We believe the body is not a symptom to be managed; it is the place where healing actually happens. Our therapists are trained in somatic, expressive, relational, and body-centered approaches, because lasting change isn't created through insight alone. It is experienced, practiced, and embodied.

We believe healing asks something courageous of us: the willingness to become more fully ourselves.

To feel what we've learned to numb.

To speak what we've learned to silence.

To practice fierce vulnerability: the courage to show up honestly, imperfectly, and wholeheartedly.

We are not here to help you simply cope or survive. We are here to help you become more fully yourself. Because living your truth (the joyful, the painful, and the messy) matters.

Services:

Your healing journey belongs to you; not your insurance company, not a diagnosis, and not a system designed to decide what care you should receive.

We believe you deserve to be an active participant in your own healing, with the freedom to make informed decisions about the support that feels right for you. We collaborate with you to identify the approaches, resources, and level of care that align with your needs, values, and goals.

That is why we offer a variety of services and levels of investment, allowing you to create a personalized path toward healing that honors your voice.

Our offerings vary in both type and investment, so you are sure to find a service that suits your mental health needs and your budget.

How We Work With You:

You don't have to know exactly what you need before you call.

Many people come to us not knowing what kind of therapy is right for them, only knowing that what they have tried before hasn't been enough. You are craving something more nuanced, intentional, and deeply supportive.

That is exactly where we start.

We believe you are the expert on your own experience. Our job is to listen carefully, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and work with you to find the right fit for the moment you are in and the healing you are after.

Our services range from traditional talk therapy to holistic, body-centered, and experiential approaches, including somatic therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, and group-based healing experiences.

Our investment levels vary, too, because we believe access to quality care matters.

What sets us apart from other therapy practices in Seattle?

There is more to healing than reducing symptoms. It is about developing a deeper relationship with yourself, understanding the experiences that shaped you, and discovering new ways of being in the world. We walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and practices that honor both your humanity and your capacity for transformation. Here's what makes our practice different:

  • Small, woman-owned business: As an independent, woman-led practice, we are not affiliated with any VC-backed company, allowing us to prioritize relationships, quality care, and our values over profit-driven growth. We are deeply passionate about supporting our local community and creating a practice where clients and clinicians are known, valued, and cared for as whole people.

  • No AI used in clinical work or documentation: We believe therapy is deeply relational, and your story deserves the presence, care, and ethical attention of a real human.

  • Culture & identity affirming: We are committed to anti-racist, culturally responsive, and gender-affirming care that honors the lived experiences, identities, and wisdom of people from the global majority and historically marginalized communities.

  • Trauma-informed and responsive care: We understand symptoms as adaptive survival responses and approach healing with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story.

  • 1,200+ people supported throughout WA: Since opening our doors in 2019, we have helped more than 1,200 individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, relationships, grief, anxiety, and life transitions.

  • Science + spirituality + the wisdom of the body: We bridge evidence-informed mental health care with a deeper understanding of the human experience, integrating trauma science, attachment theory, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and practices that honor meaning, intuition, and personal growth.

  • Relational and attachment-focused: We believe healing happens in connection. Our work honors the importance of relationships with yourself, your therapist, your family, your partner, and your community.

  • Creativity as a pathway to healing: Not everything can be expressed through words. Creativity, imagination, movement, and play can help access parts of ourselves that traditional approaches may not reach. We use expressive practices to support exploration, integration, and transformation.

Consulting & Professional Services:

Satya Wellness Collective founder, Dezryelle Clouse, LMFT, has spent over 15 years founding, growing, and leading a body-centered group practice. She has hired and trained clinicians, built supervision structures, created trauma-informed onboarding systems, navigated the business and compliance side of group practice, and developed corporate wellness programs for organizations dealing with the very real cost of unaddressed workplace trauma.

Dezryelle now consults with therapists, practice owners, and organizations who want that experience practically applied to their clinical practices. Consulting services include:

  • Clinical Supervision: Individual and group supervision for associates pursuing licensure.

  • Therapist Development: Helping clinicians cultivate the skills that create transformative therapy: attunement, curiosity, emotional presence, relational depth, and the ability to hold space for meaningful change.

  • CEU Trainings: Advanced training for therapists seeking to deepen their skills in somatic therapy, expressive arts, trauma-informed care, and embodied approaches to healing.

  • Practice Consulting: Hiring, onboarding, operations, and building a sustainable group practice.

  • Leadership Consulting: For practice owners and clinical directors navigating team culture and organizational health.

  • Corporate Wellness Consulting: Trauma-informed workplace programs for HR teams, people leaders, and employee wellness initiatives.

  • Organizational Trauma Consulting: For teams navigating crisis, burnout, systemic harm, or significant organizational change.

For Healers Who Want To Join Our Team:

A practice that takes care of its providers, not just its clients.

Satya Wellness Collective is a training-focused group practice for clinicians who want more than a room and a caseload. We believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, connected, and valued. That is why we invest in thoughtful supervision, ongoing professional development, clinical consultation, and opportunities to deepen both your skills and your confidence as a therapist.

If you are a licensed therapist or associate looking for a practice that values growth, collaboration, and the human side of this work, we would love to hear from you. We are especially excited to work with licensed therapists and helping professionals who:

  • Crave creativity, authenticity, and autonomy in their clinical work.

  • Want to deepen their skills relationally and somatically, not just fill a caseload.

  • Care about community, connection, and collective healing — not corporate metrics.

  • Are ready to grow under mentorship and leadership that values their voice.

  • Believe healing is both personal and political, and that anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and inclusive care is essential.

If you’ve ever felt unseen in large agencies, uninspired by bureaucracy, or disconnected from the “business” of therapy, this is your invitation to do things differently.
